1.STRUCTURE & FRAMEWORK:
Material: The machine would be constructed from high-grade stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and durability, particularly in environments involving liquids and organic materials like Aloe Vera.
Size: The size would vary depending on the production capacity, but for a mid-sized industrial unit, the machine could be about 6-8 feet in height, 4-6 feet in width, and 7-8 feet in length.
2.COOLING SYSTEM:
Primary Cooling Chamber: The juice is channeled into a primary cooling chamber, where it is rapidly cooled down.
Temperature Control: The cooling system would be controlled by a digital thermostat and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to precisely regulate the temperature. This ensures that the juice is cooled to a specific temperature, typically between 0deg C to 5deg C (32deg F to 41deg F), ideal for slowing down enzymatic activity without freezing the juice.
3.AGING PROCESS:
Aging Tanks: The juice is transferred into insulated aging tanks made of stainless steel. These tanks are designed with a jacketed system to maintain the low temperature achieved in the primary cooling chamber.
Mixing Mechanism: The aging tanks could be equipped with slow-moving paddles or agitators to gently stir the juice periodically, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and preventing any settling of the juice.
Time Control: The aging duration is controlled by the PLC, which can be programmed according to specific aging requirements.
4. MONITORING & CONTROL PANEL:
Control Panel: The machine would feature a control panel with a user-friendly interface for monitoring temperature, aging time, and juice levels.
Sensors: The system would include various sensors for temperature, pressure, and flow rate to ensure the process remains within set parameters. Alarms and automatic shut-off mechanisms would be in place to handle any deviations.
5. OUTPUT SECTION:
Discharge Valve: After the aging process, the juice is released through a controlled discharge valve located at the bottom of the aging tanks.
6. ENERGY EFFICIENCY:
Insulation: All cooling and aging components would be well-insulated to minimize energy consumption and maintain a stable cooling environment.
Eco-Friendly Refrigerants: The cooling system could use eco-friendly refrigerants to reduce environmental impact.
